Before Oscar’s surgery last Thursday, the surgical team did one last chest x-ray and found several metastases, and small tumors in Oscar’s chest and lungs. We decided to bring Oscar home and not put him through the ordeal and recovery from surgery.

I am so sorry about Oscar. We know what you are going through. Peyton has a new tumor at his amputation site and the last time we did chest x-rays he had several mets in his lungs. It just breaks my heart that cancer is so common in our dogs.
